Indian beauty girl from Haryana State, Manushi Chhillar became Miss World for 2017. On 18th November, 2017, Manushi won the coveted Miss World 2017 crown at the grand event at, Sanya City Arena in China. Before 17 years, it was happened for India by Bollywood star, Priyanka Chopra, in 2000. The beauty queen Manushi was dressed with ivory contemporary ethnic wear ensemble and silver earrings, with her hair pulled back in a bun, at the event.
Manushi is a sixth Indian to win the title of Miss World. Other five are, Reita Faria, Aishwarya Rai, Diana Hayden, Yukta Mookhey and Priyanka Chopra. Total of 118 contestants were participated for this crown, from all over world.
The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi has invited specially Manushi, with her family, in a special Meeting. At this exciting moment, Manushi tweeted, “Excited to meet the honorable Prime Minister, Narendra Modi! It is indeed motivational for me to be in the presence of a man, I have looked up to.”
As per her Nutritionist Nmami Agarwal, “Manushi was stayed hydrated by drinking five liters of water every day and amla shots on alternate days. She had more of citrus food like kiwi and orange for fresh and vibrant skin.” Chhillar was put on a high protein diet and never skipped breakfast. As per Agarwal, Manushi is a strong and self believed personality.

Manushi is having figure of 34*26*34 with 55 Kg weight and 173 cm height. Her eyes and hairs are of brown colour. She has done her high school education in St.Thomas school, New Delhi and then he joined Bhagat Phool Singh Government Medical College for Women, at Sonipat, Haryana. Her father, Mitra Basu Chhillar is a scientist and mother, Neelam Chhillar is a professor of Neurochemistry. She is having one brother, named Dalmitra Chhillar and one sister, named Dewangana Chhillar. She is basically Hindu from JAT family of Haryana. Her favorite actors are Aamir Khan and Ranveer Singh, Favourite actress is Priyanka Chopra and Favourite politician is Narendra Modi.
She is having hobbies of dancing, travelling, painting, singing and poetry. Her favourite quote is, “The sky is the limit. We are limitless and so are our dreams, we must never doubt ourselves.” She is a trained classical singer and also a good dancer, especially in Kuchipudi dance. She is also fond of adventure activities.
Manushi has been actively associated with women’s safety and empowerment and has started a project called, Shakti Project, through which women are made aware of hygiene during menstruation. She has changed the life of more than 5000 women by visiting 20 different villages. She is unmarried with NO affairs.
At this prestigious moment, her mother Neelam said, “Her greatness was visible in the way she gave me so much respect. But I feel that all the mothers do everything for their kids, so I have not done anything extra. I used to support her in everything since beginning. I always gave her the assurance that whatever she wants to do, she can do, and always we are going be there for her.”
