Sanju is a 2018 Bollywood film which is directed by Rajkumar Hirani and written by Hirani and Abhijat Joshi. Sanjay Dutt is on the life. This is the story of Sanjay Dutt, it is Sunil Dutt too, how he stood with his son despite all the malicious and defamatory. Not just because he was a father and he had a sonless love for his son, but also because he had no doubts about the son’s motive.
The story of Hysinjuna can be the story of a spoiled boy in any money house, the only difference is that not everyone gets Sunil Dutt’s father. Director Rajkumar Hirani has presented the relationship of a father and son effectively. The film also introduces two friends- Sanju and Kamlesh (Vicky Skills).
Rajkumar Hirani has not touched much of Sanjay Dutt’s life. Yes, whatever has been offered, he has done in a fun way. He is a director who knows the audience’s pulse. She is known to have a serious point in her movies, even in a tricky way. However, there is a lot of dramaticness in many places.
There are also two-dimensional dialogues in the film. The life of Sanjay Dutt is very much in itself, Hirani has added more masala in it. But one scene is very bad- the scene of the toilets in the jail in Sanju’s dirty water in jail. It produces disgust. One more thing in the film is a knockdown. In the latter part of the film, it seems that Sanjay Dutt is the only media and responsible for the plight of Dutt. Well, as director Hirani, we see some weakness in HySanjuna compared to our previous films.Hard work has been done on the characters’ getup. People have already seen Sanjay’s look in the first poster and trailer. Manisha Koirala as Nargis Dutt, Aditya Seiya’s Gateup as Dia Mirza and Priya Dutt as recognition Dutt is also good. Although Paresh Rawal’s getup as Sunil Dutt does not get as high. The film’s cinematography is good. Editing could have been a bit more. Haikar Le Ground leaves Fatehahn singing effect. In general, music is weak compared to other films of Hirani.
Ranbir Kapoor acted as Sanjay Dutt. There is no point in saying that he is the most capable actor in his generation’s stars. He has worked hard for this movie and he also appears in every scene. Playing the role of a living actor, who is still active in movies and is popular, is a big challenge. Ranbir successfully played this challenge. Seeing them, it looks like Sanjay is watching Dutt. Paresh Rawal’s acting is good, but he is more likely to see Paresh Rawal instead of Sunil Dutt. Vicky Skills are good actors and leave their mark in every role. Anushka Sharma’s acting seems very similar to these days. In this film, he looks like a reporter of Hypikehan.
Diya Mirza is fine as a recognition Dutt. Roles of Manisha Koirala, Sonam Kapoor (Sanju’s first girlfriend Ruby), Boman Irani (father of Ruby) and Jim Sarb (Sanju’s drug addict) are small, but all three are fine in their role. The rest of the artists are also fine. This film produces sympathy for the actor’s mind towards Sanjay Dutt. He offers them as a passionate and a man whose habits are bad, but that person is not bad. Perhaps this is also the purpose of this movie. So, in this sense, the film has succeeded in its objective.
