Since some time, we are hearing and reading the news of dispute for movie, Padmavati. Now a days, this dispute is on higher level of opposite side from all over India. Top actress of Bollywood, Deepika has asked some days before that, “No one can stop the release of Padmavati. We are answerable to CBFC only and not to others.” One of the Hero of this movie, Ranbeer Singh has asked that, I am 200% with Bhansali. This dispute is more emotional but movie has to release.”

Whole dispute comes from “Rajput” community of Rajasthan and now it’s a prestigious issue for Punjab, M.P., Maharashtra, U.P., Gujarat and other states also. Even the Chief Ministers of some states also makes the statements for the same and now it is a war of politics also. Yogi Adityanath asked that, “No one can oppose the law of Nation. We have to honour the emotion of general public also.” From Punjab, Caption Amrinder Singh has asked that, “No one can change the history of India. I support oppose of people for this movie.”

Rajput Karni Sena protested outside Chittorgarh fort of Rajasthan reportedly fired shots in the air as Padmavati movie controversy continued to stir in the country. The Karni Sena has also hung effigies of Padmavati star, Deepika Padukone outside the fort area.

Misunderstandings regarding the content of Padmavati have been clarified with Shree Rajput Sabha by the officials of Bhansali, on last Tuesday. They have asked that, there is no romantic scene or song between Rani Padmavati and Allauddin Khilji, in this movie. The film makers have said that, they have been carefully researching and making the film, which they feel Mewar will be proud of. Padmavati tells the story of Allauddin Khilji, the medieval-era Delhi ruler, who fell in love with Rajput queen Padmavati.

The Padmavati controversy is just refusing to die down. After the Kshatriya Samaj announced the reward of 5 crore on beheading Deepika Padukone, The Akhil Bhartiya Kshatriya Mahasabha has also put a reward of One Crore to anyone burning the Bollywood actress alive.

With the film’s release date nearing, the situation of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus Padmavati seems to be getting unpleasant by the day. Commenting on the uproar that the film has triggered, Deepika Padukone recently questioned the state of the country and also stated that “we have regressed” as a nation.

Film maker, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has been battling a lot of controversies stirred up by fringe group and political parties. However the director now has a reason to smile after the Queen of Rajasthan’s Bundi, Mayuri Singh has come out in his support and the release of film. The Supreme Court refused a plea seeking to ban the release of Padmavati. The court said, it could not intervene since the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) was yet to decide about its certification.
