Karan Johar’s JugJuggjeeo will be screened at Ranchi Court in an alleged copyright infringement matter.

The theatrical release of JugJugg Jeeyo, starring Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani as well as Neetu Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Neetu Kapoor, is only days away. Vishal Sing from Ranchi claims that JugJugg Jeeyo’s story is very similar to his story, ‘Bunny Rani. He also claims that this content was used in the film without giving him credit. Singh sought Rs 1.5 crore in compensation and a stay.

The film’s screening is scheduled to take place before its release. Judge C Jha then will decide if the film violates the copyright Act. Both sides’ arguments will be considered by the court. JugJugg Jeeyo was directed by Raj Mehta and produced by Viacom18 Studios, Hiroo Yaash Johar and Hiroo, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta under Dharma Productions.
